Your Opportunity

As the Senior Specialist, Business Integrity, you will manage the day to day processes of the Corporate Business Integrity & Data Responsibility Programs as an integral part of the Legal Department charged with Business Integrity issues by the Business Integrity Committee. You will also ensure that behavior in the organization meets the company’s Conduct of Conduct and is in compliance with company policies, trainings and applicable laws.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:

• Identify and update potential areas of Business Integrity (including Data Responsibility) vulnerability and risk: develop/implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
• Review and update internal policies and code of conduct on a regular basis to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.  
• Oversee a system for uniform and appropriate handling of reported violations via different platforms whilst meeting regulatory requirements.
• Report and respond to local disclosures and alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Conduct of Conduct by evaluating allegations and carrying out investigations.
• Develop and launch a robust set of training programs and guidelines for all employees.
• Develop an effective communication program to heighten awareness of the Company high standards of conduct and to provide guidance to employees.
• Lead third parties’ due diligence program (screening and monitoring for sanctions, politically exposed persons, watchlists and other red flags, and for risks related to the processing of data on behalf of Bacardi)

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy

• Bachelor's degree – ideally in law or accounting/finance.
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in either legal, compliance, finance or internal audit. 
• Relevant regulatory knowledge – globally, including data responsibility (data protection and personal information privacy).
• Fluent in English and Spanish and preferably other languages.
• Confident and clear communicator at all levels – internally and externally.
