OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

El analista de Comercio Exterior es responsable de dar soporte al Supervisor de Comercio Exterior en los procesos de Exportación e Importación, bajo los más altos estándares de calidad, apegado a las políticas y procedimientos del área/compañía, brindando el mejor nivel de servicio.
Asegurar el cumplimiento a los requerimientos legales y fiscales aplicables en el marco regulatorio aduanal de cada una de las operaciones.

 

 PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
1.    Dar soporte administrativo y operativo al Supervisor.
2.    Coordina los embarques de exportación/importación: Solicitud de booking, carga, despacho aduanal, arribo e ingreso al puerto de destino, así como el seguimiento a cualquier situación que se presente con transportistas, navieras, freight forwarders, agentes aduanales o clientes.
3.    Emite y envía documentación de pedidos a clientes en el extranjero para el proceso de importación de órdenes,
registros sanitarios y/o permisos especiales.
4.    Emite y envía documentos para agentes aduanales, navieras y freight forwarders asegurando el correcto proceso de Importación - exportación.
5.    Coordina con CRT la emisión, visita, entrega y envío de certificados de exportación de tequila.
6.    Deberá gestionar el archivo electrónico de comercio exterior de todas las operaciones.
7.    Apoyo con revisión de documentos y auditoria interna para verificar el debido cumplimiento ante lo requerido por la autoridad.
8.    Realizar el reporte de control de gastos contra embarques.
9.    Generar y capturar la información de los datos necesarios para la elaboración de métricos y control del área.
10.     Asegurar que los documentos del Sistema de Gestión Integrado estén actualizados a los procesos actuales.
11.    Dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en los procedimientos sobre los aspectos de calidad, inocuidad, ambientales y riesgos laborales de su área y puesto de trabajo, participar activamente en la capacitación sobre dichos aspectos en cumplimiento de los procedimientos aplicables en materia de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional, Medio Ambiente, Calidad e Inocuidad.

EDUCACIÓN
Educación mínima: Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales o afín.
Idiomas: Inglés 80%

EXPERIENCIA


2 años mínimo en áreas de Comercio Exterior


CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECIFICOS / FORMACIÓN
General, Sistema de calidad e inocuidad, ambiental, seguridad y salud ocupacional, etc.

1.    Ley Aduanera
2.    TIGIE
3.    Programa IMMEX
4.    Proceso de Despacho Aduanal de Exportación e Importación.
5.    Tratados de Libre Comercio de México con otros países y Sistema Armonizado.
6.    Trámites con Dependencias Gubernamentales como SE, VUCEM, COFEPRIS, CRT, etc.
7.    Manejo de Microsoft Office.
