About the Role

A versatile and dynamic role which drives Microsoft 365 adoption, engagement, and desktop services management across Bacardi. This role combines the responsibilities of driving Primo adoption and awareness of Microsoft 365 tools together with managing end user computing infrastructure, focusing on desktop services and device management through Microsoft Intune. This role drives change management, and training to create and execute strategies that align with organizational goals, enhance productivity, and ensure high performance of the desktop environment.

This role is crucial in driving digital transformation and enhancing user productivity and digital experience across Bacardi.

With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be

* Microsoft 365 Adoption & User Engagement
* Develop and implement adoption strategy for Microsoft 365 tools aligned with organizational objectives to increate Primo awareness and enhance productivity.
* Monitor the development of Microsoft 365 applications to ensure new features are effectively introduced to Primos, maximizing the value of the investment and enabling employees to use these tools productively in their roles.
* Design and deliver training programs, resources, and campaigns to increase awareness and usage of Microsoft 365 tools.
* Build a network of internal champions and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
* Track, analyse, and report on Microsoft 365 adoption metrics, using insights to refine strategies.
* End User Computing and Desktop Services Management
* Manage the compete end to end desktop life cycle.
* Identify, evaluate, select and enhance technology solutions for end user computing needs, aligning with strategic goals.
* Implement best-in-class infrastructure solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security.
* Manage and optimize Microsoft Intune as the primary platform for Desktop Services, including MDM (Mobile Device Management) of Apple and Android devices.
* Provide alignment, expert guidance and third-level technical support to the TechOps team and act as a point of escalation for complex issues.
* Track, analyse, and monitor infrastructure performance and health metrics to maintain operational readiness.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
* Facilitate collaboration with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of solutions.
* Communicate project progress, adoption metrics, and infrastructure performance updates to stakeholders.
* Coordinate with business owners to manage software upgrades and application lifecycle, including systems such as SAP, IBP, and Cognos.
* Knowledge Management & Vendor Relations
* Oversee SharePoint-based knowledge portals, ensuring accessible and up-to-date resources.
* Manage vendor relationships with key partners such as HP, App Tech, and microsoft
* Data Analytics & Reporting
* Develop and maintain analytics and reporting capabilities to support data-driven decision-making for both Microsoft 365 adoption and desktop services.
* Leverage data insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
