Mission
Rattaché(e) à la Direction Commerciale, le/la Responsable de Marché met en œuvre, sur son secteur géographique et son périmètre (types de marchés, produits et clientèles), la politique commerciale définie par l’entreprise.
Il/Elle contribue activement à l’atteinte des objectifs de volume et au développement des marques Bacardi Martini France, en assurant leur présence, visibilité et prescription auprès des clientèles cibles.
Responsabilités et activités
Analyse et pilotage du marché
Développer une connaissance approfondie de son marché, de son secteur et de ses deux univers de clientèle (établissements ciblés et Cash & Carry).
Suivre les évolutions du marché (ouvertures, tendances de consommation, fréquentation…) afin d’être force de proposition auprès des équipes régionales et nationales.
Optimiser les leviers commerciaux (volume, mix produits, prix) pour assurer la croissance du chiffre d’affaires.
Pour les établissements ciblés (CHR)
Analyser et qualifier sa clientèle cible afin de mettre à jour le fichier clients (structure, potentiel, image, actions menées).
Développer la distribution numérique des produits en négociant les référencements et en contrôlant leur présence terrain.
Atteindre les objectifs de volumes dans le respect de la politique commerciale et des budgets alloués.
Optimiser la visibilité des marques Bacardi Martini France :
Négociation des facings
Présence au back bar
Implantation de PLV permanente aux emplacements stratégiques
Développer la prescription des produits auprès des propriétaires et barmen via :
Dégustations
Animations
Incentives et opérations promotionnelles
Pour les Cash & Carry
Déployer et optimiser le Plan d’Action Commercial négocié en centrale.
Appliquer et renforcer la politique merchandising Bacardi Martini France (merchandising de combat, négociations de réimplantation).
Identifier, planifier et animer des opérations commerciales en rayon.
Profil recherché
Formation commerciale de niveau Bac +2 à Bac +4 (BTS, DUT, École de Commerce).
Première expérience réussie ou stages significatifs dans la vente de produits en CHR / CHD.
Forte affinité avec l’univers des cafés, hôtels et restaurants.
