WHAT DOES A HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR DO?

As the Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the HR team across our Jacksonville facilities. This position is at the heart of our people operations — helping to bring our HR goals and initiatives to life. You’ll assist with recruiting and onboarding new talent, maintaining compliance and employee documentation, and supporting engagement and culture programs that make our workplace thrive. You’ll also provide critical analytical and administrative support, ensuring accuracy in HR data and contributing insights that help us grow stronger as a team and as an organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

·Recruitment and Onboarding
·Coordinate hourly and salaried recruiting efforts—including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and background checks—in partnership with the Recruitment Center of Excellence.
·Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all onboarding documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
·Keep recruitment and onboarding data current and accurate in HR systems.
·Employee Relations and Engagement
·Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries.
·Build positive employee relations by maintaining floor visibility and open communication across shifts.
·Support engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
·Maintain documentation related to employee relations, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
·HR Administration and Compliance
·Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
·Prepare HR compliance reports and assist with internal and external audits.
·Collaborate with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality teams to ensure training and safety documentation meets compliance standards.
·Benefits, Payroll, and Leave Administration
·Support administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and employee education.
·Work closely with the payroll team to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
·Safeguard employee medical and benefits information in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
·Data Analytics and Reporting
·Collect, analyze, and present HR data to support data-driven decision-making.
·Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, headcount, training compliance, recruitment cycle time, and retention.
·Identify workforce trends and provide analytical support for workforce planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement.
·Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and support audits as needed.
·Training and Development
·Facilitate, track and maintain documentation for required training and certifications.
·Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to schedule and document employee training.
·Support employee performance evaluations and development planning.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:

·Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
·Proficiency in HRIS systems and data reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
·Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with proficiency in other Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
·Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, EEOC, and related compliance standards.
·Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
·Collaborative approach, working effectively with HR, operations, and leadership teams.
·Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data management, and compliance tasks.
·High level of integrity and professionalism, with a proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly and ethically.
·Adaptability and resilience in a regulated, fast-moving manufacturing environment.
·Comfortable operating in an environment with changing priorities

MINIMUM EDUCATION

·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

·1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a manufacturing or beverage production environment strongly preferred.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to support communication across a diverse workforce.
