RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE


Forecast Construction

·       Responsible for sell out forecast construction in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance.

·       Responsible for building a trustable historical base and activity repository, that will strengthen our data quality and will be the base for future activities impact calculation.

·       Translate sell out forecast to sell in forecast based on customers’ inventory policy.

·       You will build an S&OP forecast that will be the input for the IBP cycle and you will present valuable insights for business alignment identifying gaps and opportunities in your market.

Commercial Data Stewardship:

·       Owner of customer data policy, that determines treatment, thresholds and processes to manage customer data in Bacardi Mexico.

·       You will receive, consolidate and analyse the sales and inventory actuals from Customers. You are responsible for data integrity validation and collaborate with Sales to address consistency issues.

·       You will administrate and own the customer information data base, that is widely used in Mexico Business to assess sales and inventory performance in the market.

·       As the information owner, you own the tool to report and analyse it, being able to propose analytical and visibility tools that enable the business to take better data driven decisions.

Customer Inventory Policies Stewardship:

·       In collaboration with Mexico leadership (Sales, Finance and Controlling), you will define and monitor customer inventory policies.

·       You will monitor customer inventories and alert on sell in risks and opportunities based on customer inventories and sell out performance and forecast.

·        You will participate in short term sales tracking forums and you are responsible to ensure that sales orders are aligned with sales plan and respect customer inventory policies.

·       You will administrate product allocation in collaboration with sales leadership whenever it’s needed to ensure that product assignment to customers maximizes availability and sell out in the market.

Demand management:

·       Responsible for Demand management in Bacardí System. Ensuring that demand is reflected in the correct codes to the right product origins with anticipation and accuracy. You will collaborate with plants, regional supply planning and innovation teams to ensure that all the innovations are correctly forecasted in the time and quantities that the business requires.

·       You will manage the product life cycle process, ensuring that the changes, innovations, delistings, etc are correctly reflected in the system and planned with anticipation.

·       Support the cross functional team of Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to achieve consensus each month within the S&OP cycle.

·       Lead Demand review meetings at all levels of consolidation. From channel sell out construction to leadership S&OP sign off.

Innovation and Transformation:

·       You will be a subject matter expert for Demand Planning across Latinamerica, representing the region in global projects and forums.

·       As the expert running the S&OP process, you will propose improvements to increase forecast quality and cross functional end to end integration.

·       Continuously improve forecasting techniques, methods, and approach to make a step change on forecast accuracy.

·       You will lead the implementation of new tools for Mexico and then the training and expansion to other LAC markets.

    

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

·       5 years of experience in planning roles and 2 years in demand planning.

·       Advanced Excel required, BI and SAP desirable.

·       Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail.

·       Business English required for communication with global functions and plants.    

·       Business savvy and a good understanding of the consumer & customer needs. Ability and willingness to learn and interact with other functions and customers.  

·       Ability to find effective ways of working within a matrix organization, and within a fast-changing environment.

·       Proven experience managing complex data and building tools for analysis.

·       Willingness to work collaboratively with teams across different geographies and cultures.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Business or equivalent
