Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, le service Élaboration renforce durablement ses équipes sur le site de production de Gensac‑la‑Pallue et recrute un Opérateur Elaboration Polyvalent H/F.
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Élaboration, vous intervenez sur l’ensemble du process d’élaboration de nos spiritueux, de la réception des matières premières à l’expédition des produits finis.
Vos principales responsabilités sont :
Élaboration & Production :
- Élaborer les produits dans le strict respect des formules, recettes et process
- Contrôler les paramètres clés (TAV, qualité des eaux, dégustation en cours d’élaboration)
- Garantir l’utilisation de matières premières conformes et validées
- Appliquer rigoureusement les règles FIFO
Réception & Expédition :
- Réceptionner les matières premières (contrôles documentaires, scellés, dégustation)
- Organiser le chargement des citernes et vérifier leur conformité
- Établir les documents de transfert et documents douaniers
- Assurer l’expédition de produits conformes
Qualité, hygiène, sécurité :
- Appliquer les règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et de qualité du site
- Participer au respect des référentiels ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 et HACCP
- Renseigner les enregistrements qualité et suivre le plan de nettoyage
- Être acteur de l’amélioration continue
Suivi informatique & traçabilité :
- Déclarer l’ensemble des mouvements d’alcool et d’élaboration dans les outils dédiés et SAP
- Garantir la traçabilité des produits et l’archivage des échantillons
Matériel & maintenance :
- Utiliser et surveiller les équipements (filtres, pompes, osmoseur, ozoneur…)
- Réaliser la maintenance de premier niveau
- Signaler toute anomalie à la hiérarchie et aux équipes maintenance
Profil et compétences recherchées :
- À l’aise avec les chiffres et les données de production
- Expérience ou pratique d’un ERP industriel (idéalement SAP)
- Capacité à utiliser Excel et à gérer des formules simples (suivi, contrôles, calculs)
- Intérêt pour les procédés d’élaboration et la qualité produit
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, autonomie et appréciez le travail en équipe
Ce poste est soumis à la modulation annuelle, avec des horaires en journée, en équipe (2x8 ou 3x8) selon les besoins de l’activité.
