The HR South Cluster Team is undergoing an exciting phase of transformation in becoming a true strategic partner and this opportunity requires a progressive, innovative and commercially-focused individual to help drive capability and build performance.
Bacardi is seeking to hire an HR Intern supporting an employee base of around 300 employees across Spain, supporting on the delivery of the people agenda, with the support of the HRBP’s.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Support on policies and procedures at all stages of the employee experience cycle
- Embed new processes, and ensure high quality service delivery in payroll, operations and administration
- Drive culture change initiatives to energize and in the development and implementation of engagement activities driving diversity and inclusion in all activities
- Collaborate and engage with the wider HR and business community
- Support in the recruitment & onboarding processes
- Tracking of probation, temporary staff dates, and managing sickness, maternity leave, holidays, time & attendance, among others
- Managing employees’ Benefit pack (insurances, Tiquet Restaurant, etc).
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Promote and embed Bacardi values in all aspects of the People agenda
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
- University degree in Business Administration or relevant field (Psychology/Marketing)
- Experience working on HR related field position will be valuable
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong operational focus and a high level of drive to get things done
- Open, honest, collaborative, learning agility
- Solutions focused and positive mindset
- Fluent Spanish and English
