As part of the BES geographical and scope expansion to support the BEST10 Strategy realization, we are looking for a Change Experience Specialist to join our Change Experience and PMO Team.

ABOUT YOU

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

• Lead change and support projects by collaborating with cross-functional project teams and partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts.

• Maintain, update, and ensure adoption of the Change Experience framework, methodology, tools & techniques applicable to projects and operations.

• Coaching and mentoring staff through the change process.

• Work with multiple stakeholders, team members, and projects simultaneously to ensure the right level of change management is applied and an adequate adoption is achieved.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (program management, enablement, business process excellence) to ensure integrated change plans that drive adoption and minimize disruption.

• Contribute to a culture of change agility, building internal capability through coaching, training, and best practice sharing.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

• Capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.

• Experience working in a Global Organization managing stakeholders in different time zones and locations.

• Experience developing and coordinating communication & change strategies, Project Management experience managing transition/transformation projects.

• Experience is Shared Service Centres is a must.

• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and multiple projects at the same time.

• Strong communication skills.  Proficiency in English language is required.

• Ability to build strong collaborative partnerships across teams and with customer groups, including conflict resolution and facilitation skills.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, influencing, and organizational skills.

• Ability to identify root cause issues and develop plans to resolve.

• Ability to influence effectively to inspire and sustain change.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources (HR), business administration, or a related field.

• +3 years of Change Management experience leading business adoption / organizational change management.

• Change Management certification is required (e.g. HCMP, Expert Professional, Practitioner, APMG, CMI) or related, with expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) and tools, with a pragmatic, results-oriented application style.

•  Knowledge of project management frameworks/methodologies.
