You will be acting as Finance Business Partner within our Commercial Finance Function, supporting our commercial teams with financial insights for effective decision making. Your job will not only be to ensure the accuracy of our financials but also to enable a continuous flow of financial information and analyses to our internal stakeholders. By continuously improving our processes and leading the standardization process across the Cluster you will be part of transforming our ways of working toward utmost efficiency, thereby supporting supercharged brand performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

  • Add value to the on and off trade sales channels in Germany & Alps, this includes retailers as well as the hospitality industry sector.

  • Support the respective Business Unit Managers for Germany & Alps to evaluate performance against targets to ensure timely decision making.

  • Standardize finance ways of working across the WEST Cluster to drive efficiency via identifying uniform processes and best practices as well as promoting collaboration among departments and markets for unified approach.

  • Monitor customer performance to coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and rebate payments, while driving transparency in reporting to present actionable insights on business performance, identifying the right customers and brands for optimal return-on-investment (ROI).

  • Provide analyses for ad hoc requests based on our financials & market knowledge.

  • You will be required to visit the respective markets frequently to connect with stakeholders and drive change.

  • Collaborate closely with our Business Enterprise Services centre (Costa Rica timezone) and other stakeholders for the production of monthly, quarterly and year end closing process to ensure real time P&L accuracy.

  • Interact with local Revenue Growth Management to review customer spends and pricing impact

  • Assist with SOX controls around Finance related topics, specifically around rebates managemet.

  • Be a compliance guardian toward Sales related Bacardi policies and procedures.

 SKILLS - TH E SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Education: University Degree preferably in Business or Economics

  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience in analytical / financial roles ideally within FMCG industry

  • IT Systems: Good expertise in MS Office including Excel and SAP/ECC and Power BI / EXO.

  • Languages: Fluent in English language and at a minimum basic German language skills

  • Good analytical skills and competencies to deliver structured working methods

  • Be comfortable navigating ambiguous situations within a matrix organisation

  • Strong commercial understanding paired with a high-energy sense of urgency, accuracy and attention to detail

  • High self-awareness and strong communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders

  • Able to drive change and lead improvements in ways of working

  • Self-motivated, self-directed and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
