• Ensure full compliance with supply chain regulations (customs duty, excise, VAT, strip stamps, etc.), consistently meeting all legal and procedural requirements on time.
• Monitor and manage 3PLs, logistics, and warehouse providers, ensuring adherence to contractual standards and KPIs; actively support performance reviews and audits.
• Lead Demand Planning for SEA markets, Analyze Sales trends, compare and challenge commercial forecast to deliver KPIs like Forecast Accuracy & BIAS.  Manage Supply Planning processes to secure product availability in line with the aligned forecast.
• Support the Cluster Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle to achieve business KPIs.
• Support distribution cost management and reporting, including working capital control and supply chain-related financial postings in coordination with the Line Manager.
• Execute and maintain master data, manage NPD launches, and oversee product portfolio maintenance across assigned geographies.
• Oversee Thailand-specific product launches and initiatives (value-added packs, promotions, re-labeling) by coordinating with 3PL partners and aligning execution with Commercial and Marketing plans.
• Balance customer requirements, inventory optimization, manufacturing efficiencies, and lead times, ensuring optimal supply chain performance.
• Collaborate closely with plant supply chain and customer service teams to guarantee timely supply and product availability.
• Foster strong collaboration with stakeholders and team members, building effective partnerships to deliver shared business goals.
• Leverage learning opportunities and training programs to drive continuous professional growth and strengthen expertise.
