RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

With our Consumer at the heart, the key focus of the role will be to:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, mobilise and govern the global functional change network across functions and regions.
  • Establish and manage the global Change Network, facilitating collaboration and best practice sharing
  • Overall responsibility for the Functional Change Plans, ensuring clear views of dependencies with the wider program
  • Oversee the delivery of the change plan, aligning regional and local change management activities with the program’s release plan. Coordinating cross-stream activities and maintaining visibility of deliverables

  • Ensure timely achievement of transformation milestones and successful adoption of new ways of working. Driving change readiness and enabling successful adoption of new processes

  • Lead and mentor Change Managers across all S/4HANA workstreams, providing guidance and resolving queries to maintain consistency in deliverables.
  • Build close relationships with Workstream Leads on the programme and within the wider Trans4mation programme, ensuring alignment of priorities, plans, resources and dependencies
  • Collaborate with Global Process Network and Op Model to align priorities, identify and manage dependencies and risks.
  • Ensure collaborative working with the Change Management Training and Comms teams and other workstreams in Trans4mation, including Digital Enablement & Adoption, Op Model, Testing, Data, etc.
  • Drive consistency in change management practices, facilitate knowledge sharing, and accelerate standardisation across all workstreams.
  • Lead weekly status calls, validate plan and status updates, manage RAID, and report into the wider Trans4mation programme status updates and SteerCos.
  • Ensure accurate process documentation as input to comms and training teams.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for system access where necessary (e.g., UAT, demos).
  • Work onsite in a Bacardi office with our Primos and Partners, with some travel during high engagement periods (e.g., Design Workshops, UAT, Engagement and Roll-Out).

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

  • A strong understanding of how people go through change and the change process.
  • Strong leadership stakeholder and people management skills, with experience managing change teams in global ERP transformation projects
  • Expertise in change management methodologies and working on global programs in complex organisations.
  • Familiarity with ERP transformation projects (S/4HANA).
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to evolving project needs.
  • Experience in driving cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Proficiency in managing resources in a matrix structure
  • Inclusive leader, inspiring innovation, collaboration and execution
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Structured to ensure rigorous definition, execution and delivery of change activities
