CASA MARTINI – Back of House & Operations Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract)

Casa Martini, the home of MARTINI® and one of the iconic Bacardi Brand Homes, is looking for a Back of House & Operations Specialist to support the operational excellence of our hospitality experiences, events and retail activities.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth preparation and coordination of all activities across the venue, working closely with the hospitality, events and retail teams.

Your Role

As Back of House & Operations Specialist, you will ensure that Casa Martini’s hospitality spaces, events and bar areas are always fully prepared and operational.

Working behind the scenes, you will coordinate operational set-ups, manage stock and logistics, and support the delivery of tastings, cocktail experiences and events.

Your contribution will be essential to ensure that every guest experience at Casa Martini runs smoothly and meets our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Setup & Venue Readiness

• Ensure all service areas are properly prepared and ready for operations (Terrazza, Martini Bar, Academy and event spaces).
• Support the setup of Terrazza, Piazzetta and all Casa Martini event areas.
• Coordinate with colleagues for the operational setup of tastings, experiences and events.
• Perform regular checks on equipment, tools and service materials.

Experiences & Event Support

• Support the delivery of cocktail experiences, vermouth tastings and masterclasses.
• Assist in preparing spaces and materials for brand activations and guest experiences.

Back of House Operations

• Support daily back-of-house operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with Casa Martini standards.
• Ensure operational readiness of all bar points across the venue.

Warehouse & Logistics Management

• Manage inventory and stock for:
  • Casa Martini Shop
  • bar stations across the venue
  • event service points
• Oversee arrival, storage and organization of deliveries.
• Manage shipment preparation and logistics coordination.
• Ensure proper stock organization and operational availability of materials.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• Experience in hospitality operations, bar service, tastings or events
• Knowledge of cocktails and vermouth preparation
• Strong organizational and logistical skills
• Good communication skills (Italian and English)
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic hospitality environment
• A hands-on and proactive mindset

Nice to Have

These experiences will be considered a plus:

• Hospitality diploma, preferably in Food & Beverage Service
• Knowledge and correct application of HACCP standards
• Health and Safety training (Legislative Decree 81/2008)
• First Aid certification (DM 388/2003)
• Fire Safety training (DM September 2021)

Availability

• Full-time – 40 hours per week
• Working days: Thursday to Monday
• Availability to work weekends and evening shifts, based on operational needs.
