RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
· Analyze and process purchase orders for all indirect procurement categories (A&P, Point of Sale, Facility Management, IT, Professional Services, HR, and T&E).
· Follow up, analyze and process on timeliness creation of GR (Good Receipt) for the corresponding Purchase Orders
· Monitor and to generate actions to improve or maintain the good performance of the PTP KPI’s.
· Support process controls
· Support Local Market contact with PTP related queries
· Assist in creating and updating process documentation.
· Developing training materials and support with training sessions addressed to different stake holders
· Create/change vendor master data requests and to coordinate the execution with the Master Data Governance team (MDG) and the respective follow up with the Local Market
Assist the team whenever there is a peak in workload

• Previous AP or / and procurement experience
• Strong understanding of the PTP end to end process
• Strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile
• Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service
• Detail oriented
• Language Skills: English 80%-85% (Oral and Written)
• Basic - Intermediate Excel knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated team player.
