
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the activation and distribution of the entire Bacardi product portfolio in the On Trade channel. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the local Distributor Field Sales and multiple operational teams to lead and execute the agreed-upon activation plan at the customer level. You will ensure that our products are always available, visible, attractive, recommended, and served perfectly every time. The ideal candidate should be able to identify new commercial opportunities, invest in new channels or regions, collaborate creatively with our partners, and implement programs that create value for the business and our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• As part of the Business Managers team, you will help deliver our two main objectives: excellence in execution in top on trade and NSV.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers and influencers.
• Be accountable for implementing the commercial plan that meets customer programs outlined in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to top on-trade accounts.
• Ensure shoppers find our brands in the right outlets within the on-trade environment.
• Negotiate at point-of-sale to achieve distribution and visibility targets.
• Seek out new outlets to ensure our brands are where consumers buy.
• Drive growth in value share for our brands in the on-trade channel.
Operating quickly and multitasking effectively, combined with a passion for development, are all essential skills needed to excel in this role. You will also need:
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Sales (preferably in the beverage industry)
• Mathematical literacy
• Confident working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Self-starter, comfortable with multitasking and working at a fast pace
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• A passion for the drinks industry and building first-class customer relationships
• A talent for presenting ideas and plans with the ability to adapt your style to your audience
• Ability to work under pressure and handle ambiguity
• Stay informed about legal regulations in the industry
