ABOUT YOUR ROLE

Revenue Growth Management focus is to lead National Redemptions and support Price Strategy across multiple groups to drive more valuable results. As the Sr. Manager – National RGM, you will be responsible for driving rigor and efficiency to National Redemptions – process, forecasting, and results. You will also be expected to lead and support new opportunities for Bacardi brands to WIN in market (ie – digital expansion) and support on critical price strategy work. This individual will also have significant interaction with 3P Agencies, as well as multiple groups internally (Commercial, Marketing, Finance) to accomplish this.

ABOUT YOU

Ideal candidates for this role have a strong analytics background, commercial exposure, financial and redemptions/ pricing knowledge. Comfort navigating & transforming large data sets into insights is a must, along with solid understanding of internal financial requirements related to National Redemptions. The ability influence, partner, and lead across all levels, internal and external, while being agile to drive value and results is critical.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owns planning, forecasting, and accuracy of National Redemptions Budget, including managing (ie – approving,  rejecting, modifying) all ad hoc programs, particularly with NRS

  • Lead the Anaplan Coupon & Scans processes, maintenance, data accuracy, and SOX compliance, along with the BES resource, to facilitate accurate representation of National Redemptions discounts in NSV and BUSA Financials

  • Oversee the running and optimization of the national and local paper and digital coupon, and scan process, soliciting and incorporating feedback from several stakeholder groups including Brand, Customer & Brand Marketing, National Accounts, Finance, and Commercial Performance, as supported by the National Redemptions Analyst

  • Drive annual growth in net revenue and gross profit per case through rigorous tracking, measurement, and evaluation of pricing promotions, along with consistent communication of the National Redemptions Calendar & Processes

  • Build and embed new strategies and promotional plans around continually evolving promotional levers in the industry (e.g. digital coupons), including tracking evolving industry/market regulation – and working closely to integrate in relevant overall pricing strategies

  • Apply the frameworks, tools and processes to drive greater effectiveness and ROI of commercial investments and promotional spending, with a heavy focus on relevant M&E that is communicated & highly visible to stakeholders, via consistent reporting, insights, and communication process

  • Partner with Sr. Managers, Price Strategy on price strategy work for relevant pricing guardrail management, including DART pricing initiative for standard pricing & performance analysis and assessment across organization – including leading strategy work and support for smaller brands

  • Other ad hoc projects as business needs evolve, as needed

SKILLS

  • 7+ years of experience within finance- displaying strong financial acumen and analytical background, technical skills, data savvy, and ability to execute strategies in market appropriately

  • High comfort modelling and understanding large and complex data sets into useful information and insights

  • Good judgment and ability to manage granular details yet see the bigger picture to ensure solutions alignment

  • Ability to understand and influence decision making, especially commercial decisions

  • Ability to balance sense of urgency / timeliness with data/facts, but able to drive to timely decisions efficiently

  • Strong Communication Skills - written, verbal, presentation

  • Ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels to achieve desired goals

  • Solid coach and people leader, to develop direct and indirect reports
