YOUR CHALLENGE

·   You will be responsible for driving commercial success across key travel retail locations in South India.

·   Build sustainable customer partnerships – executing our core brands and bringing our hugely exciting innovations to life.

·   Your role will be a mix of commercial execution, customer relationship management, and leadership of retail and cruise ambassadors.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

We have a number of established leading brands, but also a portfolio ready to disrupt the market - we want you to be at the forefront of shaping categories from the start and leave an amazing legacy as a result:

  • Form strong partnerships with Customers in the region and secure long-term agreements with our Duty Free Partners in the market.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to implement plans, ensuring compliance and identifying growth opportunities through listing and visibility in key airport locations.
  • Excite and delight our consumers through compelling airport activation building awareness for our brands in close collaboration with Customer Marketing
  • Work strategically with your team and key customers to unlock growth opportunities. Ensure timely and strongly negotiated JBP’s/ Terms agreements to do this.
  • Define, identify and execute growth projects, anticipating changes in the developing market
  • Delivery of budgeted Volume, $NSV, $GP and pricing targets, by working closely with other functions such as Operations, Category Development, Finance, RGM and Marketing.
  • Manage a high performing team of Retail Ambassadors across key locations.
  • Participate in Business wide initiatives such as Belonging or GM Council initiatives.
