The Order To Cash (OTC) Rebates Supervisor reports directly to the OTC Manager and supports the organization's strategy to become a partner of choice within the Best10 strategy and OTC vision by ensuring excellent service quality from the rebates team. The role will execute process strategies within the following broad functional areas, but not limited to:

End-to-end ownership of the rebate’s operation: ensure processes meet KPIs and SLAs consistently Operational performance management: monitor quality, compliance, and output across the team Capacity & demand management: Balance workload vs. resources Stakeholder management: educate markets and act as main escalation point Decision-making: Handle urgent issues and trade-offs during the day Process governance: Ensure compliance (SOX, controls, policies) Continuous improvement: Identify gaps in Key Performance Iindicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and process design.

You should be advanced in English, have a finance or accounting background, and have previous supervisory experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

  • Lead the execution of end-to-end Rebates operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and controls.
  • Monitor and drive performance against KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and cycle time targets.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, risks, and escalations that impact customers, stakeholders, or cash performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Lead process standardization efforts and ensure adherence to global ways of working and governance requirements.
  • Partner with Finance, Commercial, Collections, Cash Application, and other OTC teams to support cash realization and business objectives.
  • Support transformation programs, process redesign initiatives, and implementation of new tools or capabilities.
  • Ensure process documentation, controls, and standard operating procedures remain current and effective.
  • Leverage operational data and reporting to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members through performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus across the team.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in Order-to-Cash processes, preferably within Rebates, Deductions Management, Accounts Receivable, and Shared Services operations.
  • Previous experience leading and developing teams in a complex, multinational environment.
  • Advanced in English/Spanish
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting or visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of OTC processes and their interdependencies across Finance, Commercial, and Customer-facing functions.
  • Experience managing performance through KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, and governance routines.
  • Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, transformation, or standardization initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple organizational levels and geographies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make fact-based decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to lead change, manage ambiguity, and successfully deliver transformation initiatives.
