Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support end-to-end testing activities across assigned projects, ensuring alignment with defined testing strategies and plans.
- Organize and track testing tasks, schedules, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple QA resources and teams.
- Support and facilitate testing execution, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate and contribute to test automation activities for web applications and SAP systems.
- Ensure effective testing of SAP products and integrations, collaborating closely with technical and business teams.
- Act as a primary point of contact for testing-related topics within projects, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, and issues.
- Manage defects, test cases, and test cycles using Jira and other test management tools.
- Prepare and present testing reports, metrics, and status updates to project stakeholders.
- Promote adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing and testing projects.
- ISTQB certification, at least Foundation Level.
- Proven experience coordinating testing activities within projects.
- Experience working with and supporting testing teams in structured project environments.
- Solid experience using Jira and industry-standard testing and test management tools (including reporting).
- Hands-on experience in test automation, including web automation and SAP automation.
- Demonstrated experience testing SAP products and solutions.
- Good understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and testing best practices, particularly in Agile environments.

- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Ability to clearly communicate testing status and issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Language
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
