Commercial Analysts are critical to the Global Travel Retail (GTR) team. Fulfilling customer orders and invoicing them correctly are just two important tasks that help us to focus on putting the consumer at the heart of everything we do.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

In this role as Commercial Analyst (GTR), you will provide the GTR North Europe team with value-adding customer management, planning, support, and analysis to ensure we further build our core brands and achieve our strategic and financial targets.

The GTR Nordics and UK team needs to continuously evolve and be at the forefront of Global Travel Retail, pushing boundaries and leading from the front – if you have the skillset and the mentality that we are looking for this role could be a great step for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

Customer Management:

  • Pro-active communication with customers
  • Forecasting and stock management for customers in collaboration with the S&OP team
  • Manage and communicate all information about product & price changes.
  • Track, validate and process all invoices.
  • Ad hoc customer requests on a daily base

Customer Planning:

  • Support North European GTR Team & Customer Marketing Team in managing and controlling A&P budget
  • Track, validate and process all incoming A&P invoices
  • Create and follow up on PO’s
  • Manage back commission and price off process including accruals on a monthly base.
  • Support Regional Finance Manager in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
  • Support North European GTR Team in preparing budget & LE submissions.

Performance Management:

  • Daily tracking, performance analysis
  • Plan, coordinate, implement and review promotions, supporting Area Manager in this role.
  • Communicate with Agencies, Customer Marketing and customers

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Customer focused, strong planning & organization skills
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, SRM)
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Financial understanding
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams.
  • Excellent communicator & team player, fluent in English
  • Ability to prioritize when faced with ad hoc situations.

PERSONAL QUALITIES – SHARE OUR FOUNDER’S PASSION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL FLAIR

  • Sound professional experience in customer management/back office in Global Travel Retail or Domestic Market
  • Experience in the Spirits Industry and/or Beverages is an advantage, as is experience in the GTR channel
