The Senior Analyst is responsible for Advertising and Promotion (A&P) processes enabling the accurate and timely submission of financial information for each period by performing different tasks such as master data creation and maintenance, budget upload, account reconciliations, manual journal entries posting, internal controls, period end close support, improvement projects, financial reporting, and any other support within A&P scope.

Bacardi Enterprise Service is looking for high performing individuals who are success driven and interested in a career at Bacardi. The Senior Analyst position is a highly competitive role structured to strengthen Accounting and Finance competencies.
You will gain experience managing Advertising & Promotion processes while also gaining exposure to period end close, intercompany recharges and markets. This role provides support and training needed to develop a well-rounded accounting and finance skillset, which will be the foundation for advancing your career Bacardi.
RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Perform transactional and analytical tasks related to the Advertising and Promotion (A&P) team within the Bacardi Enterprise Services.
Process SysAid platform tickets related to: Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) creation, Master Data maintenance, Manual Journal entries postings, Budget Uploads and preparation of Financial Reports related to this area.
Execute and approve Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation (BSR).
Calculation, review and posting of accounting journal entries.
Intercompany A&P expense recharges, ensuring no intercompany variances and adequate control per accounting procedures.
Perform and coordinate month end processes including checks and validations, also fiscal year end tasks coordination.
Be able to respond and support auditors’ requests, including different controls executed within the team.
Support implementation of new projects and initiatives within the team.
Communicate effectively with internal/external Bacardi customers as necessary to ensure that work is properly delivered and influence them to follow the correct procedures and policies.
Continuously identify and propose process improvements.

PERSONAL QUALITIES – SHARE OUR FOUNDER’S PASSION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL FLAIR
Experience in Accounting (At least 3 - 4 years of proven experience), ideally with exposure to System Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP).
Familiarity with MS Office tools (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Teams). Experience using Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
Advanced proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
The following experiences are preferred:
A degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related discipline.
Experience working in a Shared Services environment.
