RESPONSIBILITES

•    Work as Integration Resource delivering new integration projects, ensuring assigned deliverables run smoothly end-to-end within defined timelines.
•    Act as a go-to contact for internal Bacardi functional teams and the Integration Application Support Group on topics such as project execution, maintenance coordination, and governance practices in a follow-the-sun model.
•    Contribute to solution design, regression testing of integrations, and advise on integration requirements across our platforms, collaborating with senior team members and architects.
•    Operate comfortably in a hybrid integration landscape, supporting both legacy (SAP PO) and cloud-based platforms (SAP BTP Integration Suite).
•    Align with support expectations, including potential on-call or after-hours responsibilities as Project Delivery Resource, ensuring coverage across designated region.
•    Contribute to the integration strategy by evaluating new integration opportunities, participating in Proof of Concepts (POCs), and supporting migration, upgrade initiatives (e.g., PO to BTP Integration Suite Migration).
 

SKILLS

•    At least 5–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Integration, was an internal or external consultant, delivering end-to-end solutions in the following areas:
•    SAP BTP Integration Suite:
o    Experience on Project Delivery of Cloud Integration Flows.
o    Strong understanding of Groovy Scripting (core-logic level).
o    Familiar with Integration Patterns: split, scatter-gather, aggregation, timer-based flows.
o    Able to Monitor and Troubleshoot integration flows. Well-versed in Best Practices when implementing Error handling techniques.
o    Event Driven and S/4 integration experience is a plus.
o    Hands-on with SAP API Management: Setup of a Product, API Proxies and onboarding thru Developer Hub.
o    Exposure with SAP Open Connector configuration and formula concepts.
o    Experience with Cloud Connector setup and troubleshooting.
o    Familiar with Mobile Integrations Patterns and real time messaging requirements.
o    Familiar with core adapters (IDOC, HTTPS, JMS, Process Direct, AS2, SOAP, SFTP, OData, etc.)
•    SAP Process Orchestration:
o    Skilled with the Enterprise Services Repository – familiar with Integration Deo    Experience with Graphical, Java, XSLT mapping types and clear with the concept of Context Handling on XML structures.
o    Skilled in the Integration Directory – configuration of Integration Flows, Communication Channels, Standard Adapter Modules, Value Mapping Groups, etc.
o    Familiar with core Adapters – IDoc, SOAP/Proxy, RFC, AS2, REST, SFTP, File, ODATA, JDBC, etc.
o    Proficient with NetWeaver Developer Studio.
o    Capable of Monitoring and Troubleshooting the PO message level flows.
o    Understanding the NetWeaver Administration concepts– SSL Certificates, Private Keys, maintenance of RFC Destinations, troubleshoot of Resource Adapters is a plus.

•    Other relevant experience
o    Familiarity with third-party testing tools – SOAPUI, Mendelson, Postman, INT4 IFTT experience is a plus.
o    Able to monitor IDoc and Proxy monitoring in ABAP stack systems (ECC, MDG, SRM, etc.) – using WE02, WE19, partner profile configuration, destinations via SM59 and SOAMANAGER.
o    Basic Network troubleshooting capabilities.
o    Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken). Able to clearly coordinate with Vendors, Partners and Internal stakeholders during unplanned events, and articulate technical issues in simple terms.
o    Familiarity with technical specification writing for Integration Scenarios, basic understanding of Jira, Confluence, GitHub and DevOps tools, testing procedures and compliance with Change Management Processes.
