As Manager, Master Data, you will drive master data management and governance. As part of this role, you will look for opportunities to optimize & integrate Master data processes and tools, enabling digital transformation, external data integration & and the S/4 journey at Bacardi.
You will be responsible for driving solution adoption and continuous improvement initiatives, building realistic plans and following through on execution.
You will develop close relationships with business partners across markets and regions and the broader technology function to ensure alignment with Bacardi strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Be responsible for following SLA & KPIs for ticket management (incidents and Maintenance requests) and change requests approvals
Publishes results and technical master data KPIs, specifically in charge of the scorecard and any other metrics related initiative
Assist the Senior Manager, Master Data with creating a holistic view of all initiatives where Master Data or Data migration are needed, including evaluation of needed resources and plan
Raises risks, dependencies or delays as applicable during execution of projects and initiatives
Proactively launch continuous improvement initiatives to improve the team´s efficiency and MD user autonomy
Act as Tech domain owner back up when needed, either being part of project team, or helping in data analysis.
Guilde broader team on prioritization and work organization: act as a point of escalation for urgent or priority actions. Step -in to guide the team when needed, particularly for high priority issue solving
Coordinate action with Accenture Support team and other Tech teams as needed.
Work with broader data and analytics program team on integration of master data, transactional and analytical, into the Azure landscape.
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
Work Experience:
5 years + Experience of working within a FMCG manufacturer preferably food/beverage industry
Capacity to manage and co-ordinate multiple tasks, projects and priorities.
Project Management knowledge
Service management experience
Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and ensure team success
Technical Expertise:
Bachelor's Degree (IT or technical related degree preferred).
Expertise and significant experience in master data management, ceritification preferred
Knowledge of master data operations processes, including key domains such as material, vendor/supplier, customer.
Knowledge of SAP, MDG tool, or other master data tools (e.g., LSMW). S/4 exposure would be appreciated.
Knowledge in SAP master data maintenance and migration tools like LSMW or similar.
Knowledge in Profisee or other master data tools (desired)
Highly competent in Excel (advanced), macros, pivot tables, look-ups etc
Knowledgeable in SOX controls and data compliance.
Knowledge of ITIL methodology/Project Management methodologies.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical skills: Advanced Excel, data analysis, and data visualization.
Proficient in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
Experience with data quality monitoring and improvement initiatives.
Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
Deep problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
