The Analyst, BES, PTP, Payments will support the Finance team in the Account Payable function including vendor reconciliation, processing payments to vendors, exceptional payments, as well as understanding all the Accounts Payable flow to give proper resolutions on time and complying with Bacardi policies and SOX controls.

Responsabilities

·       Handling tickets related to payments as well as provide follow up and high-quality resolution to assigned daily tickets.

·       Create payment proposals on time as well as reviewing all controls required before submission as well as create and follow items related to Supply Chain Program.

·       Resolved red items and failed and rejected payments on time and update metrics for the process.

·       Support BSR team by resolving outstanding balances and reconciliation discrepancies to define correct actions plans.

·       Perform seamlessly SOX controls and internal controls.

·       Maintain process documentation and metrics.

. Support other teams and processes within AP if required.

Skills

·       Previous experience in Purchase to Pay Operations with high knowledge in SAP (EDI, E-invoicing, SRM (Purchasing software), OCR, Direct debit experience is preferred).

·       Intermediate knowledge of MS office (Excel and PowerPoint)

·       Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

·       Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities within the Accounts Payable flow.

·       Sense of urgency and proactiveness.

·       Works well in a team environment and is a self-starter who requires minimal direction and support.

·       Knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in a customer service environment.

·       Good understanding of internal controls, standards, and processes to ensure data integrity.
