As HR Coordinator you will help deliver people solutions to leaders and Primos across the DACH countries (Austria, Germany, Switzerland), working closely with the HR Business Partners in the DACH team and ensuring best in class service levels for the HR operations processes.
You will play a vital role to deliver HR services along the entire employee lifecycle to approximately 220 employees. You will also support our own excellence journey by continuously optimizing solutions as well as a contributor to the global Hire-to-Retire project.
YOUR TASKS
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to ensure the effective administrative delivery of people solutions throughout the entire employee lifecycle in the DACH countries (Austria, Germany, Switzerland).
- Oversee the administration and management of all HR-related systems within Bacardi, working in partnership with the internal Shared Service Center.
- Execute administrative processes for hires, transfers, and exits, including certification and related correspondence.
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant authorities, social security institutions, and external service providers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare and coordinate payroll processes across the DACH markets to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- Manage retirement regulations and pension plans, including the execution of employer-funded pension schemes.
- Generate reports, statistics, and evaluations for Finance Controlling, Compensation & Benefits teams, as well as people leaders.
- Support the implementation of local, regional, and global culture initiatives within the DACH countries.
YOUR SKILLS
- Eagerness and capability to rapidly develop into a proficient and agile HR expert across three markets.
- Initial experience in HR processes, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for people-related topics and processes, including administrative execution.
- Motivated to contribute to a transformational journey and shape future ways of working.
- Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Enjoys building connections and fostering strong professional networks.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation, with a willingness to explore local nuances.
- Fluent in both English and German.
