W tej roli zbudujesz postrzeganie marek Bacardi w powierzonym kanale sprzedaży, zadbasz o ich ekspozycję i widoczność oraz rozwiniesz niezbędne narzędzia kluczowe dla rozwoju sprzedaży, równocześnie ściśle współpracując z działem sprzedaży.
Obowiązki:
- Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za przygotowanie oraz egzekucję narzędzi Trade Marketingowych kluczowych dla rozwoju kanału nowoczesnego (hipermarkety i supermarkety)
- Tworzenie i wdrażanie strategii trade marketingowej
- Skuteczne przekładanie strategii brandowej na działania lokalne
- Efektywne zarządzanie budżetem
- Przygotowanie oraz egzekucja planu aktywacji dla nowoczesnego kanału sprzedaży
- Rozwój materiałów POS i EPOS oraz tworzenie zasad ich implementacji w punkcie sprzedaży
- Bliska współpraca z działami: Sprzedaży, Marketingu, Logistyki oraz zewnętrznymi agencjami
- Przygotowywanie komunikacji dotyczącej aktywacji oraz narzędzi do działu sprzedaży oraz klientów zewnętrznych kanału nowoczesnego
- Prowadzenie projektów cross funkcyjnych
Wymagania:
- Min. 2-letnie doświadczenie w trade marketingu w branży FMCG
- Zaawansowane umiejętności analityczne
- Doświadczenie w tworzeniu materiałów POS
- Doświadczenie w tworzeniu narzędzi i mechanizmów wspierających sprzedaż
- Znajomość specyfiki kanału nowoczesnego (mile widziana znajomość hiper- i supermarketów oraz specyfiki pracy)
- Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów cross funkcyjnych oraz we współpracy z agencjami
- Wielozadaniowość i umiejętność priorytetyzowania zadań
- Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
- Samodzielność i proaktywność
- Komunikatywność oraz wysokie zdolności interpersonalne
- Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office
- Znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i w piśmie
