Operador de Tractocamión (Truck Driver)

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

  • Transportar los insumos y materias primas, así como producto terminado en tiempo y forma entre las áreas asignadas por el Departamento.

RESPONSABILIDADES Y ACTIVIDADES

  • Trasladar insumos de materia prima y producto terminado a las áreas productivas, bodegas y almacenes de la empresa según los programas y requerimientos de la Compañía.
  • Realizar entregas y recolecciones locales de materiales solicitados por la Compañía.
  • Trasladar producto terminado a clientes nacionales, de acuerdo con las especificaciones de su área.
  • Realizar el llenado de formatos y checklist requeridos para la operación del vehículo asignado y reportar desperfectos para su reparación.
  • Realizar la limpieza del vehículo asignado, así como de los contenedores o cajas secas que se utilizan para el transporte de Materias primas y Productos terminados.
  • Realizar la colocación, pruebas y pesaje de cajas secas para embarques de producto terminado de acuerdo con los lineamientos del Instructivo de Seguridad en la operación del tracto camión I-EM-EM-006.
  • Colocar cajas secas o contenedores en rampas para el proceso de Embarque de producto terminado, retirarlos y llevarlos a Bascula con base a
  • Instrucciones del Supervisor en turno de PT y bajo los lineamientos del IEM-EM-006.
  • Realizar la recarga de combustible a la flotilla asignada en base a los requerimientos.
  • Organizar el acomodo y estacionado de las cajas en patio de maniobra cumpliendo con los lineamientos de seguridad establecidos.
  • Cumplir con los controles operacionales o administrativos asociados a los peligros identificados y evaluados de las actividades y/u operaciones del puesto, así como reportar situaciones inseguras de los mismos.
  • Cumplir con las disposiciones de Manejo integral de residuos, manejo de sustancias químicas peligrosas, respuesta a emergencias e identificar los aspectos e impactos ambientales del área.
  • Cumplir con los prerrequisitos operativos de inocuidad aplicables al área, así como las disposiciones al personal que regulan las prácticas obligatorias que de forma directa o indirecta pueden afectar la higiene, salubridad y calidad del producto.

REQUISITOS Y EXPERIENCIA

  • Secundaria terminada.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años como conductor de carga pesada.
  • Licencia Federal de Conductor Tipo B.
  • Conocimiento del Reglamento de la Ley de los Servicios de Vialidad, Tránsito y Transporte del Estado de Jalisco.
  • Conocimiento del Reglamento de la Ley de los Servicios de Vialidad, Tránsito y Transporte Federal.
