Chofer de Composta

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

  • Operar la maquinaria asignada en el área para realizar las actividades de riego y acarreo de bagazo y lodos. Apoyar con las actividades que el área requiera por su operación.

RESPONSABILIDADES Y ACTIVIDADES

  • Revisar programa de actividades asignadas por parte del Jefe de Cuadrilla.
  • Realizar el checklist de mantenimiento de la maquinaria a su cargo. Reportar fallas al jefe de cuadrilla y/o supervisor para su reparación y en caso de ser necesario apoya a trasladar la maquinaria a taller interno o externo para su reparación.
  • Operar la pipa para riego con vinaza en el área de compostaje asegurando el correcto llenado y vaciado del tanque.
  • Llenar formatos de riego de vinaza, entrada de bagazo, bitácora de lodos, fichas de pesaje y manifiestos.
  • Recircular la vinaza en las fosas, para reutilizar en riego de bagazo. Monitorear los niveles de las fosas (preferentemente vacías) para evitar derrames.
  • Operar el volteo para acarreo de bagazo y composta a las áreas definidas por el jefe inmediato.
  • Apoyar con las actividades de apilado de bagazo, movimiento de filas.
  • Apoyo en toma de temperaturas, muestreos y cubicaciones.
  • Apoyo con el orden y limpieza del área y equipos o maquinaria de trabajo.
  • Apoyo en contingencias por niveles altos de vinazas o derrames en las áreas solicitantes.
  • Realizar extracciones de aguas residuales de los cárcamos y transportarla con la Pipa tanque hacia el sitio de disposición final determinado por el supervisor y evitar derrames, de acuerdo con lo establecido en los procedimientos del área.
  • Ejecutar las actividades y apoyar a otras funciones y/o puestos cuando estos sean de naturaleza similar o equiparable al puesto original.
  • Cumplir con los controles operacionales o administrativos asociados a los peligros identificados y evaluados de las actividades y/u operaciones del puesto, así como reportar situaciones inseguras de los mismos.
  • Cumplir con las disposiciones de Manejo integral de residuos, manejo de sustancias químicas peligrosas, respuesta a emergencias e identificar los aspectos e impactos ambientales del área.
  • Cumplir con los prerrequisitos operativos de inocuidad aplicables al área, así como las disposiciones al personal que regulan las prácticas obligatorias que de forma directa o indirecta pueden afectar la higiene, salubridad y calidad del producto.

REQUISITOS Y EXPERIENCIA

  • Primaria terminada.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años como conductor de Carga Pesada.
  • Licencia Estatal tipo C.
  • Licencia de chofer Federal tipo B y apto médico vigente (solo para área de compostas).
  • Manejo de unidades de carga (pipa y volteo)
