Le/La Responsable de Marché met en oeuvre et réalise, sur son secteur et dans son domaine (type de marché, de produit et de clientèle), la politique commerciale définie par la Direction.


Il/Elle participe ainsi à l’atteinte des objectifs de volume et au développement des marques Bacardi Martini France en obtenant présence, visibilité et prescription auprès de la clientèle cible.

LES MISSIONS PRINCIPALES DU/DE LA RESPONSABLE DE MARCHE CHD

Connaître son marché, son secteur et ses 2 univers de clientèle (établissements ciblés et cash & carry) afin d’être force de proposition en interne (régional, national) et d’optimiser les moyens pour assurer le développement du CA (volume, produits, prix…).

 

Pour les établissements ciblés :

·Connaître sa clientèle cible en s’informant sur les évolutions (ouvertures, fréquentations…) dans le but de renseigner son fichier clients (structure, potentiel volume, image, action) et d’en informer sa structure.

·Augmenter la distribution numérique des produits auprès de ses clients en négociant le référencement et en contrôlant leurs présences sur le terrain.

·Réaliser ses objectifs CA dans le respect de la politique commerciale définie et des budgets alloués.

·Optimiser, chez ses clients, une meilleure visibilité des produits BMF en négociant les facings, la présence des produits sur le back bar et les meilleurs emplacements pour la PLV permanente dans le respect des budgets alloués.

·Inciter ses clients (propriétaires et barmen) à la prescription de nos produits (dégustations, incentives, animations...).

Pour les Cash & Carry :

·Optimiser le Plan d’Action Commercial négocié en central

·Appliquer et optimiser la politique merchandising de Bacardi (merchandising de combat, négociations de réimplantation)
·Cibler et organiser des animations commerciales en rayon.

Expérience et Formation

Cette offre est accessible en externe à partir d’un niveau de formation Commerciale de niveau BAC+2/4–DUT, BTS ou EcoledeCommerce-complétée par une première expérience ou stages dans la vente de produits en CHD.
