This is a unique opportunity to be part of our global planning team and play an important Global role in our organization.

You will build deep partnership at a global and local level, across Bacardi, to oversee S&OP processes and global and market planning teams

You will play a major role in optimizing inventory across the markets and manage overall demand accuracy for our operations, ultimately helping Bacardi to deliver against our BEST10 growth aspirations to support sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

Global S&OP Process governance and continuous improvement ownership

  • Lead and orchestrate the end-to-end Global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring effective collaboration across regional and local Supply Chain teams.
  • Ensure the S&OP process serves as the single source of truth for company planning across tactical and strategic horizons, including the Long-Term Demand Plan (LTDP), Budget, and Standard planning cycles.
  • Drive accountability for cross-functional and regional inputs, ensuring timely, high-quality decision-making throughout the planning cycle.
  • Champion a forward-looking, scenario-based, and decision-focused planning culture across the organization.
  • Own and continuously evolve global S&OP standards, governance, and best practices across regions and business units.
  • Ensure strong integration between S&OP and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), enabling rapid response to market changes, operational disruptions, and business priorities.
  • Maintain global S&OP and S&OE governance, playbooks, standards, and process documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational and business changes.

 Planning, Inventory & Performance Management

  • Lead global forums to communicate and improve inventory health across businesses, categories, and regions, balancing service, cost and cash objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on forecast performance, consensus alignment, inventory optimization, and planning effectiveness.
  • Lead the adoption of automation, advanced analytics, AI-enabled forecasting, and digital planning solutions to improve planning efficiency and decision quality.
  • Promote a culture of lean thinking, continuous improvement, and benchmark-driven performance across planning teams and processes.
  • Leverage internal and external market intelligence, industry benchmarks, and analytics to strengthen planning decisions and business outcomes.

Portfolio & Innovation Planning

  • Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Innovation, Finance, and Supply teams to support new product launches, line extensions, portfolio rationalization, promotions, and lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Ensure portfolio decisions are fully integrated into demand, supply, inventory, and financial planning processes.
  • Accountable for Product Portfolio Lifecycle Management

People Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global planning community, including regional demand planners through direct and matrix leadership structures.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning.
  • Build organizational capability through the development of S&OP policies, processes, governance frameworks, KPIs, training programs, and planning standards.
  • Develop planning capabilities, succession pipelines, and training curricula to improve planning maturity across the organization.
  • Promote best-practice sharing and capability building across regional and global planning teams.

Business Partnership & Strategy

  • Develop and maintain the global planning maturity roadmap, driving continuous improvement in planning capabilities, governance, processes, and technology.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and issue resolution through integrated business scenarios and executive-ready recommendations.

  • Lead the development and communication of key global planning outputs, including Global TISP, S&OP dashboards, Volume and NSV reporting, and executive presentations.

  • Serve as the primary global planning partner to Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other key stakeholders

  • Influence senior stakeholders to drive consensus demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Strong expertise in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Integrated Business Planning.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional decision-making and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in scenario planning and risk management.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience driving process improvement and planning excellence initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of planning systems and analytics tools (SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, Anaplan, O9 etc.)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • 10+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience within a complex global organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
  • Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. Experience within a Supply Chain Market position.
  • Team Management
  • Language Requirements: English is essential, other European Languages is an asset.
