As Customer Marketing Manager you will be co-creating and ensuring excellent execution of trade marketing plans for our brands across Central Europe (Czech & Slovakia) markets, working in multicultural environment as a part of cluster Marketing Team and cooperating closely with DM Commercial Leads and our distributor.

You’re a marketer with experience in trade marketing, however some consumer marketing background and interest will be welcome.
You are a highly responsible person, quick learner with can do attitude and great communication skills. You aim for high standards in execution.
You are able to manage multiple projects under time pressure and cooperate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will:
- work with Marketing Manager, Central Europe & West Balkans Country Manager and our distributor’ team to build annual plans for our brands across Central Europe markets
- prepare standards of execution in POS for your markets
- customize & create the POSM tools relevant for local markets
- ensure delivering excellent execution of our plans in POS, both Off Trade and On Trade, by distributor’s team
- support Marketing Manager in executing brands’ experiential activities
- prepare market & sales data analysis
- deliver annual brands’ targets
- manage Marketing Budget in your markets
SKILLS
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
- 4+ years of marketing experience in progressive roles in or Customer/Trade marketing, ideally both Off and On Trade
- Experience in leading marketing projects
- Experience in brand performance and marketing budget management
- Ability to prepare meaningful presentations
- Fluent English spoken and written
The following experiences are preferred:
- Experience in working with Distributor Markets
- FMCG, Drinks and Luxury Category
- Degree and/or professional Marketing qualifications
