As the Change Management Senior Manager in Tech & Data you are responsible for focusing on the people side of change, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of changes, projects and programs delivered by Tech & Data. With a focus on minimizing resistance, maximising engagement and driving positive outcomes through effective change management strategies and capabilities.
Own the enterprise change portfolio management for Tech & Data (enterprise view of change to aid in prioritisation, sequencing, and managing change saturation), escalating adoption risks to the leadership team, and working with the PMO to successfully embed change management within the Tech Portfolio
Acting as a trusted advisor to executive leaders and project sponsors providing clear, regular updates on impact/readiness/adoption/benefits realisation to support decisions. Leading change execution for high profile projects and the Tech & Data Function.
ABOUT YOU
You will proactively support the embedding of change management by embedding a framework and methodology for effective business change. Through close collaboration with Primos, project and cross functional teams you will enable and embed transformative change that enhances operational efficiency, drives growth and enables the achievement of Bacardi.
RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
With our Consumer at the heart, the key focus of the role will be to:
- Mature the `change management capability with Tech & Data at Bacardi to support the successful delivery of Tech & Data’s vision, objectives and strategy
- Supporting the Tech Leadership with the design, delivery and implementation of organizational, cultural and behavioral change within Tech.
- Continue to embed the Change Management methodology and framework, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Providing support to Primos within Tech & Data to understand and adopt change management tools and templates, ensuring optimal adoption of new technologies, organisational structures or ways of working.
- Own and mature the enterprise change portfolio management approach (intake, prioritisation, sequencing and governance) to optimise delivery capacity of projects being delivered by Tech & adopted across Bacardi, to minimise change saturation and maximise adoption.
- Establish portfolio-level change impact assessment, readiness and adoption metrics (including benefits realisation) and provide executive insight to support investment and prioritisation decisions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and the measurement of benefit realization
- Provide Change Management guidance in an advisory capacity to in-flight strategic initiatives, supporting Primos through the PMO stage gates, developing and delivering change management plans and activities.
- Partner with PMO, Finance, Corporate Comms and functional leaders to ensure consistent standards across the portfolio (business case inputs, resourcing assumptions, communications approach and post-implementation adoption measurement).
- Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to enable collaboration on transformational initiatives and drive successful implementations and adoption of technology led initiatives.
- Educate peers and leaders to appreciate the importance of effective change, and the benefits it will bring to Primos through an improved experience of change
- Quality Review of OCM Plans in the portfolio and attend PMO Stage Gates to review the people change aspect of projects being delivered, ensuring that the impact to Primos has been appropriately assessed, and the business has been engaged, the correct resources have been identified and the change plan sufficiently developed
- Take a leading role in upskilling the change management capabilities of Primos in Tech & Data, who have a hands on role in delivering our key strategic projects.
- Be the Change Management Resource lead within Tech & Data, managing internal and external change resources as required by the Tech & Data Portfolio.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of transformation and change initiatives to senior stakeholders
- Work closely with Corporate Comms to ensure Tech & Data Primos are fully engaged with the Tech and Data Strategy.

- To be successful in this role you will have/be:
- A strong understanding on how people go through change and the change process
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders
- Good understanding of project management delivery, planning and implementation
- Experience operating in portfolio governance environments (intake, prioritisation, stage gates) and translating strategy into an executable change roadmap
- Strong analytical capability to assess enterprise change impact, capacity and adoption risk and to recommend mitigations
- Delivery focused, with a strong growth mindset
- Inclusive leader, inspiring innovation, collaboration and execution
- Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Structured to ensure rigorous definition, execution and delivery of change management initiatives on time, within the budget and meeting the targeted adoption and change objectives
- 5 years+ Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Advanced level of English is required
- Experience with leading change management initiatives for large scale and complex change efforts
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle
- Change Management certificate or designation highly desired
