Global Brand Protection: You will manage Global Brand Protection by establishing the framework (incl tech platform) to minimise unauthorised flow of goods between markets, develop effective solutions in collaboration with commercial, legal and supply chain teams and leveraging a fit for purpose tech platform.  

Europe Contract Approval (SOX): Create a simple standardize SOX compliant process for commercial approvals in Anaplan (matching Anaplan submission with commercial contracts). Role out in Spain as test market and ready for re-application across Europe.

You will be an adaptive learner, have an insatiable curiosity to understand the WHY behind events, able to work collaboratively with distinct functions to identify effective (process) solutions, excellent communication & written reporting skills coupled with the ability to plan and manage delivery of project milestones.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Global Brand Protection

  • With support of Global Ops, improve our ability to track the customer to whom Bacardi first sold the product (ideally from lot code to case to customer invoice) and where necessary, propose non-capex related solutions (legal, commercial).
  • Quantify the potential business impact (short and long term) associated with all TNT incidents to prioritise focus.
  • Leverage TNT tech platform, analyse historical and current customer purchasing behaviour in both source and destination customer/markets to conduct root cause analysis as the foundation for solutions to be developed.
  • Secure commercial and legal team support to develop effective, legal solutions that reduce the customer incentive and ability to engage in TNT as this will impact our customers’ current Price to Trade & Terms.
  • Ensure all correspondence and actions surrounding TNT (not counterfeit) are fully compliant with market legislation and work with legal to ensure commercial teams are also fully aware and compliant.
  • Leveraging the TNT tech platform, produce a Bi-Annual TNT Overview highlighting reported incidents, the estimated business impact, agreed mitigating actions and distribute to the relevant Region & Market stakeholders.as FYI only.

Europe Contract Approval (SOX):

  • Optimize and standardize the Contract Approval (SOX) process in Anaplan: is the contract signed by the commercial team matching what is uploaded in Anaplan.
  • Role out the process in the test market (Spain) and centrally approve the commercial input in Anaplan.
  • Prepare roll out of standardize process for rest of Europe’s Anaplan markets.
  • Consistency of how condition types are used across Europe (especially important with the large amount of customers that is part of international alliances.

SKILLS

·        Tech Savy: Work with the TNT platform, Anaplan and sharepoints in an efficient manner to ensure information flows timely to the right stakeholders for follow up.

·        Database Management: Maintain the TNT Incident SharePoint Drive and extract relevant information from the Brand Ops Traceability Drives, SAP Customer GtN Transaction Reports  

·        Critical thinking and analytical capability to ensure our tech platform is always on point so that we have the data to efficiently/effectively identify the root causes of TNT incidents.

·        Influence and Partner multi-functional stakeholders coupled with high Problem-solving capability to develop TNT mitigating solutions and Global Ops to improve product traceability where necessary.

·        Communication skills: writes user friendly, succinct presentations/reports that tell a story (issues, solutions, timetable)

·        Doing the right thing: both from a SOX compliance as brand protection point of view and proposing solutions that can work with the commercial reality in the markets.
