About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Commercial Operations & Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving operational excellence across our commercial organization by creating tools, managing data, and enhancing analytical capabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of commercial operations processes and supporting data-driven decision-making for our operations across four markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tool Development and Optimization:
    Develop and enhance tools and systems to support the commercial organization, ensuring usability, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Database Maintenance:
    Oversee and maintain critical databases, ensuring data accuracy, security, and availability to stakeholders.
  • Analytical Improvements:
    Identify and implement opportunities for analytical process enhancements to drive business insights and performance.
  • Process Ownership:
    Take ownership of commercial operations processes, with a focus on analytics-related workflows, and ensure they are streamlined and effective.
  • Market Support:
    Provide commercial operations and analytics support for four markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and market-specific needs.
  • Team Leadership:
    Manage, guide, and inspire a small to mid-sized team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work closely with the Commercial Operations Director and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies and execution of initiatives.
  • Reporting and Insights:
    Generate detailed reports and insights to inform strategic decisions and identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the markets.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Experience:
    7-10 years of relevant experience in commercial operations, analytics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential. Knowledge of advanced analytical tools or database management systems is a plus.
  • Team Management:
    Proven experience managing small to mid-sized teams, with the ability to mentor and develop team members effectively.
  • Language Skills:
    Fluent English is required, both written and spoken. Additional language skills relevant to the markets in scope are a plus.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Communication:
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail:
    A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
