Your key responsibility in this role is to ensure that the payment of our Primos is executed correctly and on time, as well as the post payroll payments. To achieve this goal, you will develop a strong network with global & local payroll vendors, HR partners, local finance, and accounting teams. You’ll have the opportunity to get involved in projects with the continuous improvement mindset that will help us deliver services that will delight our customers by streamlining processes.  

ABOUT YOU

You understand, embrace and demonstrate our culture. You support the preparation and execution of monthly/weekly/bi-monthly payrolls for a low-complexity country, following established procedures. You bring attention to detail, a customer-service mindset, and a proactive attitude. When issues arise, you ask for guidance promptly.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

• Support validation of low complexity Payroll trial runs and flag discrepancies.

• Assist in resolving discrepancies and retesting after fixes.

• Support preparation and processing of on-cycle payrolls.

• Assist with off-cycle payrolls, including simple severances.

• Help with reconciliation and transmission of payroll reports.

• Support timely payment to Primos and third parties.

• Respond to inquiries within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalate when needed.

• Act as first point of contact for basic vendor matters.

• Complete assigned SOX controls following instructions.

• Assist with preparation and review of payroll journal entries.

• Keep process documentation updated for assigned tasks.

• Additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support the business.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

• High School diploma or Technical High School diploma (Accounting, Business, Administration, or related).

• Language Skills: Intermediate English.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is preferred.

• Basic knowledge in HR or Accounting is preferred.
