Marketing Coordinator
About You
You are a driven marketing professional with a strong background in executional skills, brand communication and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for leading brand projects that focus on long-term growth, developing and executing strategic marketing plans, driving impactful point-of-sale activations, and monitoring brand performance through key KPIs. Your strength lies in making things happen with consistency, attention to detail and collaboration.
About the role
Based in São Paulo, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, trade marketing, insights, and creative agencies, to ensure cohesive brand execution and measurable impact. You will support the development and implementation of initiatives that strengthen brand equity, engagement, and business results.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing plans and activations in line with long-term brand strategies and business objectives.
• Lead communication campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Design and implement point-of-sale activations that enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report on brand performance and key KPIs, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and activations.
• Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to deliver high-quality brand executions.
• Identify new opportunities to strengthen brand presence in the market.
Skills & Qualification:
• Proven experience in brand management, marketing execution, or trade marketing roles.
• Ability to translate marketing strategies into clear execution plans across key sales channels.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to monitor KPIs and market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and external partners.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English and Spanish is a plus.
• Advanced Office (Excel, power point, word, etc).
