RESPONSABILIDADES
Como parte del equipo On-Trade, deberás contribuir a cumplir nuestros 2 objetivos: EFO y nuevo modelo.
Ser responsable de la implementación del plan comercial que cumpla con los programas acordados en el Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) específico para clientes On-Trade.
Negociar en el punto de venta para cumplir objetivos de Distribución y Visibilidad.
Impulsar el uso de Picture of Success y el enfoque para activar nuestras marcas e influir en los consumidores en el punto de compra.
Identificar oportunidades y guiar el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias para maximizar el desempeño de Bacardi en clientes On-Trade en tu región, logrando creación de valor.
Es importante estar disponible para trabajar en horario nocturno, visitando clientes y verificando palancas de activación.
HABILIDADES
Al menos 2 años de experiencia en ventas.
Historial comprobable de desempeño en Comercial, preferiblemente experiencia en ventas de campo.
Afinidad demostrable con On-Trade, eventos y/o promociones.
Capacidad sólida para organizar tu trabajo de manera independiente y efectiva.
Habilidades sólidas de negociación.
Buen comunicador y oyente activo.
Trabajo en equipo.
Inglés un plus.
Uso de Excel.

Fearless: enfoque externo para ganar, buscando nuevos negocios.
