ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a person who is assertive, dynamic, pays attention to details and can get messages across and reach viable agreements with the stakeholders.
You need to have previous experience on working with Commercial Systems mainly SalesForce, Anaplan, SAP Commerce Cloud and commercial SaaS solutions. You should also be someone who is passionate about Tech and future technologies and how you can operate and stabilize them to make successful business outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Impeccable Application Support Management and Continuous Improvement Regionally or Globally:
- Work in a DevOps operating model in owning as well as supporting Commercial IT Solutions - main focus will be major platforms such as SalesForce, Anaplan and SAP Commerce Cloud
- Define and manage formal Global Application support processes (incidents and maintenance) based on ITIL principles
- Align SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) together with the Regional Business Partners and the Business leaders
- Responsible for achieving efficient and effective day-to-day delivery and support of services to business users (according to SLA)
- Manage the incident resolution within SLA & interact with business partner management, application services and 3rd parties for L3 issues
- Define an appropriate level of knowledge transfer for changes in the Global Applications that will impact application support
- Support and develop business super user and user training
- Promote super user knowledge and best practices of business processes with respect to deployed IT commercial solutions.
- Ensure end users have access to appropriate training through a combination of accessible materials, computer-based training and classroom programs leveraging internal talent and external vendors
- Documenting process, procedures, internal and end user manuals and training materials.
- Nurture relationship with Managers, IT Services, and Business Partners
- Ensure regular communication to business and IT stakeholders, reporting data on Application support, adoption, and opportunities
- Ensure month end critical tasks are executed by the responsible parties on time, with quality, and properly communicated to the stakeholders.
- Provide measurement of incident management, against agreed KPIs through regular, targeted communications including email and dashboard reporting
- Continuously Improve the services delivered (timely, cost effective, secure, stable, reliable and user-friendly) both from IT and business perspective
Application Support Vendor management:
- Liaise with Application Support Vendor to ensure the required levels and quality of service are achieved within the resources agreed
- Ensure incident management and problem management delivered meet the defined SLAs
- Undertake joint forward-looking capacity planning to match the required skills and resources with anticipated business demand, including close liaison with other Global IT functions
- Align service requirements, measures and scorecards with the external service partner
- Drive application support cost reduction through innovation and improved ways of working
- Conduct regular meetings with vendor to review performance & SLA
- Review and approve system patches and fixes
- Be the focal point of contact in liaison between the vendor and the business ( if need be)
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
- Focused on identifying inefficiencies and improving business processes
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks
- Business analysis techniques: gathering requirements from multiple sources, refining user stories, modeling processes and analyzing data.
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements and assess the impact on Salesforce.com and upstream/downstream applications
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and Agile Project Management tools a plus
- Comfortable with heavy involvement in user acceptance testing.
- Preferred Hands-on experience in Salesforce/Anaplan/SAP Commerce Cloud Platforms with end-to-end implementation experience
- Salesforce Certification(s) and Anaplan certifications are a plus
- Preferred Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Business Administration / Engineering / Computer related courses
- Organizational skills – proven record of working in a structured manner in a changing environment. Ability to prioritize, track and report progress on tasks
