RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

·         Plan and cascade work schedules to be performed during a given day or week, by several employees within their area of responsibility in conjunction with published production schedules

·         Effectively supervise bottling line employees as well as contract staffing employees to ensure production goals and efficiencies are met.

·          Support coverage for the Production Shift Superintendent (Off shift).

·         Lead self-directed team initiatives- i.e., the implementation of the Bacardi Operation System (BOS)

·         Drive improvement on KPIs through collaboration with different functions and ensure timely execution on the bottling lines

·         Fully responsible for bottling line teams.

·         Possess good working knowledge of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) performed by Bottling Line Operators.

·         Ability to drive problem solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.

·         Support and attend the plant HACCP team- be an active member of the HACCP and CIP team groups.

·         Observe machinery operation to detect malfunctions, report problems to maintenance for repair and offer technical guidance where appropriate.

·         Good working knowledge and practice of company safety policies and procedures and ensure all subordinates work within guidelines.

·         Assure all work areas are clean and orderly in compliance with 5S initiative.

·         Support the creating of production reports as required.

·         Prepare and perform employee performance evaluation reports for Bottling Line Operators in a conscientious and timely manner.

·         Define and implement training strategies for the Bottling Line Operators and TTC’s.

·         Work directly with the Training and Operations Development Supervisor to develop and deploy ideal training programs for the production team.

·         Develop and maintain a good working relationship with other departments to effectively meet company goals and objectives.

·         Provide leadership and guidance to effectively ensure sanitation and housekeeping standard are met and maintained.

·         This is a full time role ideally in a permanent shift unless covering absenteeism/time off is required.

·         Possess the ability to work overtime, and outside normal schedule as required.

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

·         High school or equivalent.

 

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

·         More than 3 years supervisory experience or equivalent leadership experience.

·         More than 5 year of manufacturing experience.
