In this role, you will support the Global Supply Chain Planning organisation by strengthening its governance and operational foundations. You’ll help shape project routines, document standards, and information management practices to drive consistency and accountability across teams.

Collaborating with colleagues in Global Demand, Supply, Customer Service, and Data, you’ll define critical governance activities, develop core tools and templates, and support key projects — ensuring smooth, efficient, and aligned team operations.

With some experience in supply chain processes, you’re adept at spotting opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance across operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Service Standards & Process Management  
•    Define and maintain a clear framework for managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring they are revisited and remain up to date  , aligned with business needs, and easy to access.
•    Partner with process owners to review, document, and refine SLAs/SOPs for clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
•    Develop simple how-to guides, templates, and naming conventions to support standardisation and consistency across teams.
Governance & Operations Coordination
•    Track and analyse all meetings, forums, and governance routines — including frequency, inputs/outputs, and ownership — and propose a best-practice governance structure that optimises efficiency and alignment.
•    Drive the design and consistency of meeting cadences, agendas, and documentation standards.
•    Develop and implement a robust methodology for tracking decisions, follow-ups, and action items to ensure accountability, visibility, and timely closure.
Knowledge flow & Documentation Excellence  
•    Lead the clean-up, restructuring, and optimisation of the team’s SharePoint site, improving accessibility, usability, and version control.
•    Implement a logical, scalable document management structure for storing, sharing, and retrieving materials.
•    Support ad-hoc requests, documentation, and reporting as required.
Communication   
•    Maintain a master calendar of key milestones, governance events, and deadlines across all projects and workstreams.
•    Enhance and manage governance tools (e.g. templates, trackers, dashboards) to improve visibility and efficiency.
•    Establish an internal communications rhythm (e.g. newsletters, governance digests) summarising key decisions, updates, and upcoming priorities.

•    Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
•    Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation, tracking, and reporting.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (especially SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•    Proactive, structured, and self-motivated approach.
•    Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trusting relationships at all levels of the organization
