We are looking for a dynamic and communicative Sales Operations & Support Manager for the Benelux market. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting the sales department to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies. You will lead a team of five professionals, overseeing sales administration, forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with supply chain, finance, and marketing. Your role is pivotal in enabling the sales team to focus on customer engagement and revenue generation by ensuring backend processes are efficient, accurate, and scalable.

Key Qualifications:
- Experience in a commercial environment—preferably FMCG
- Financially savvy, accurate, and structured in your approach.
- A hands-on, proactive attitude with a strong drive for results.
- Affinity for data analysis, providing insights, and working with systems (e.g., SAP, Excel, Anaplan).
- Excellent communication skills—you can convey ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Team player with a customer-oriented mindset—you enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different departments.
- Ability to confidently manage projects independently
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 in sales support and operations functions.
- Develop and optimize sales processes, tools, and reporting systems to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Oversee CRM and ERP system usage, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
- Support key account management with pricing, promotional planning, and contract administration.
- Collaborate with finance on sales budgeting, incentive schemes, and credit control.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations.
- Act as Benelux Market Coordinator within the region striving for harmonization and synergies with other markets.
SKILLS
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of FMCG sales processes and distribution models.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan) and Excel-based reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
- Proven experience managing and developing a small team.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or commercial support roles, ideally in FMCG.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Dutch or French (written and spoken).
