Supervisor de Sustentabilidad
OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
- Supervisar y administrar los recursos para el cumplimiento de los controles operacionales en el manejo de químicos, residuos y el control de plagas.
RESPONSABILIDADES Y ACTIVIDADES
- Planear, organizar y asignar actividades a su equipo de acuerdo con los programas de sustentabilidad.
- Supervisar y gestionar los recursos necesarios para el cumplimiento del control operativo de manejo integral de residuos, manejo de químicos y control de plagas, involucrando a personal contratista y proveedores.
- Ejecutar y administrar que los controles operativos para sustancias químicas se lleven de acuerdo con los procedimientos de sustancias químicas y control de químicos correspondientes, tanto para empleados como para proveedores y contratistas.
- Revisar y aprobar las hojas de datos de seguridad y mantener actualizada la lista centralizada de las sustancias que se requieran para la operación de la empresa.
- Administrar el presupuesto del proceso a su cargo: sustancias químicas, control de plagas, mantenimiento de vehículos y equipos. Dar seguimiento al proceso de programación de pagos a proveedores.
- Generar reporte de vulnerabilidad con riesgo a plagas de las instalaciones de Hacienda, Rosa de Castilla y Casa Patrón para identificar y generar los planes de acción.
- Generar e implementar soluciones y proyectos de mejora para las desviaciones o áreas de oportunidad detectadas en el proceso a su cargo para garantizar la eficiencia y continuidad operativa de su área.
- Validar que los proveedores que prestan servicio a la compañía en el manejo de residuos mantengan su autorización/permiso vigente, o gestionar el cambio de proveedor en caso de ser necesario.
- Supervisar y gestionar el cumplimiento legal en materia ambiental aplicables a su proceso.
- Monitorear y analizar los resultados de indicadores de proceso.
- Dar soporte a los procesos en materia de manejo de residuos, químicos y control de plagas.
- Colaborar con la actualización documental del proceso a su cargo referente a Sistemas de Gestión Integral.
- Dar seguimiento a los planes de capacitación, formación y evaluaciones del personal bajo su responsabilidad asegurándose de su participación en los programas requeridos y aplicaciones prácticas en su área de trabajo.
- Cumplir con los controles operacionales o administrativos asociados a los peligros identificados y evaluados de las actividades y/u operaciones del puesto así como reportar situaciones inseguras de los mismos.
- Cumplir con las disposiciones de Manejo Integral de Residuos, manejo de sustancias químicas peligrosas, respuesta a emergencias e identificar los aspectos e impactos ambientales del área.
- Cumplir con los prerrequisitos operativos de inocuidad aplicables al área, así como las disposiciones al personal que regulan las prácticas obligatorias que de forma directa o indirecta pueden afectar la higiene, salubridad y calidad del producto.
REQUISITOS Y EXPERIENCIA
- Licenciatura terminada.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en administración de personal.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión integral de residuos.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en manejo de químicos.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en control de plagas.
- Microsoft Excel: Utilización de tablas dinámicas, fórmulas de búsqueda, funciones lógicas y filtros.
- Legislación ambiental en materia de residuos.
- Manejo de sustancias químicas.
