WHAT DOES A CONTRACTS COMPLIANCE  ANALYST DO?

As Contracts Compliance Analyst, you manage the commitments and contracts for BMBV. You are the first point of contact for the execution of all BMBV global third-party contracts. Compliance with the agreed document flow and delegation of authority and other policies is key.

You report to the Procurement Services Lead and join the organization in Barcelona office.

You like to work with many stakeholders across the world. You are friendly, but clear and decisive.

This is your first or second job after your Bachelor or Master graduation.

You’re enthusiastic and a structured candidate who communicates easily with all layers in the organization, mostly in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                                       

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

  • Be the first point of contact for Primos across the company for the execution of all BMBV global third-party contracts
  • Supervision and administration of contract management and contract signature process
  • Quality review on document execution proposals, third party documents and necessary approvals (e.g. BMBV board approval, payment terms committee approval)
  • Execution of the documents using available software tools (e.g. DocuSign, Comas)
  • Maintain commitments list
  • Support or lead in conducting training to colleagues and management on contract management process and compliance topics
  • Archiving documents on our global repository
  • Performance and Compliance Monitoring - Conduct periodic reviews/audits, and maintain records and audit trails for all contract-related activities
  • SAP OA alignment and Conditions control check

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:

  • Fluent in English, additional European languages would be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively and achieve results in a matrix organization.
  • Process focused with an understanding of end-to-end business processes
  • Ability to identify root cause issues and develop plans to resolve
  • Skilled at organizing and prioritizing multiple projects and resource constraints to optimize results
  • Strong communication skills, able to present to the Board, explain finance to non-financials and write technical accounting memos.
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively, managing and prioritizing high workload and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
