You will be a key member of the Global C&B Team. You will be reporting into Senior Manager, Global Compensation & Benefits. You will be responsible for supporting the Global C&B programs such as short-term and long-term incentive plans, global benefits, rewards communications and ensuring they are delivered effectively. You will play a key role in preparation of Compensation committee of BOD materials. You will be supporting Global Mobility activities supporting development and execution of Global Mobility strategy and continuous improvements to processes and ways of work to create excellent experience for our Primos. You will be partnering closely with Region C&B partners & Global Finance to ensure C&B and GM activities are operationalized brilliantly and provide highest level of service to the business and our primos.
RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Partner with Global C&B, Region C&B, Global Mobility and HR system partners to execute and operationalize Total Rewards Strategy
- Work with Global C&B and Global Finance in preparing materials for presentation to the Compensation Committee including planning and organizing internal meetings, updating and delivering decks as needed, posting decks in partnership with Corporate Secretary Group.
- Support on short term and long-term cash incentive programs in close partnership with Global C&B including quarterly accruals, Workday system management, communication, and brilliant execution
- Manage and coordinate Global benefits strategy (Medical, Life, Pension) including elevating Bacardi Assist initiative at a Global Level
- Support communication strategy for Global reward programs to inspire and engage primos Partner closely with Region C&B leads to ensure Global Compensation programs such as salary ranges, market benchmarking and job architecture are embedded strongly in local markets
- Support creation and execution of the Global Mobility strategy as an integral part of Total Reward Strategy and aligned with corporate objectives
- Support the business with Net 2 Net requests balancing cost management and talent development priorities
- Monitor closely the Primo experience to ensure they receive the highest level of support. Proactively respond to the feedback from the business.
- Develop and continuously improve the fundamentals and processes necessary to drive governance and streamline costs with enhancing Primo experience.
- Develop strong relationships and collaborate closely with BES in order to automate and streamline existing processes, create efficiencies and improve primo experience.
- Create strong partnership with C&B and Global Mobility suppliers, managing and monitoring their performance.
- Work with VP Compensation & Benefit and Global Mobility to formulate plan on a page with the team, organize and ensure team meetings are efficient, engaging and aligned to business goals
- Partner with external consultants and vendors to manage invoice process and track against team budget

- You’ve successfully delivered multi geography, multi stakeholder projects
- You have a C&B functional experience (4 years +) with proven success in areas of incentives and benefits
- You have a Global Mobility experience (2 years +) at a regional and global level
- You have advanced Microsoft, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- You have experience in delivering and communicating C&B and Global Mobility programs
- You are skilled in creating, analysing and using data to help make informed decisions
- Strong collaboration and flexibility while working with regions, business and finance partners
- Capability to be a thought leader for the Global C&B ad Global Mobility Team on plans and processes
- Proactive, timely and effective communicator.
- Strong bias for actions and results.
- Negotiations and influencing skills in multicultural environment.
