The TRANS4MATION Tech Process Lead, RTR plays a critical role in the successful implementation of the SAP S/4HANA platform and satellite systems within the Record to Report (RTR) process area. This individual will be the key technology partner to the RTR Global Process Owner and respective Business Process Leads, ensuring that technology solutions align with the business vision, deliver scalable capabilities, and enable standardization and simplification across the enterprise.
This role will drive end-to-end design, solution validation, and system deployment for RTR in collaboration with business, technology, and system integrator teams under the TRANS4MATION program.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
With our Consumer at the heart, the key focus of the role will be to:
Own the end-to-end RTR technology design across SAP S/4HANA and supporting satellite systems (e.g., close orchestration, reconciliations, consolidation tools), ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose, globally scalable, and aligned with Bacardi’s future-state vision.
Translate business requirements into integrated technology solutions by partnering with the RTR Global Process Owner and Finance stakeholders to drive automation, process excellence, and simplification.
Drive cross-functional integration with related domains such as PTP, OTC, Treasury, FP&A, and Tax to ensure RTR processes are seamlessly embedded into the broader finance ecosystem.
Shape and oversee the satellite system landscape that enables the RTR process, including tool selection, integration design, configuration, and deployment.
Lead RTR-related technology activities throughout the program lifecycle – from design and build to testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare – ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Support RTR data strategy, including master and transactional data design, migration planning, reconciliation, and controls, in collaboration with the Data workstream.
Enable accurate and compliant financial reporting by aligning system capabilities with statutory, group, and management reporting needs, including consolidation, intercompany elimination, and audit trail design.
Ensure proper embedding of internal controls and compliance requirements into all RTR-related system components, collaborating closely with the Controls & Security team.
Act as a key point of contact for RTR technology topics, ensuring alignment between internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external implementation partners.
Champion innovation and simplification by leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities (e.g., Universal Journal, Group Reporting) and best-in-class RTR tools to optimize close cycles and reporting efficiency.
SKILLS – THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
- Strong experience leading RTR technology design in large-scale finance transformation programs
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO, Universal Journal, Group Reporting)
- Expertise in finance processes: general ledger, period close, fixed assets, intercompany, consolidation, and reporting
- Experience working across complex landscapes with multiple ERP and satellite systems
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to challenge legacy complexity and drive toward harmonized, automated solutions Familiarity with SAP RISE, cloud-first strategies, and modern digital enterprise architectures.
- SAP S/4HANA certification (FICO or Group Reporting)
- Experience with close automation or reconciliation tools
- Background in Finance or Accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA)
- Prior experience in FMCG or multinational environments is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud integration and data architecture is a plus
- Advanced level of English
