The Opportunity
As Office & HR Assistant, you’ll provide hands‑on support across office coordination and HR administration, helping to create a welcoming, organised and people‑focused workplace. Working closely with the HR Manager, this role offers great exposure to HR processes while remaining grounded in day‑to‑day office operations.
This is a true generalist role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration and being the go‑to person for getting things done.
Reporting to: HR Manager
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administration
Be the first point of contact for the office, greeting visitors and managing reception.
Coordinate office operations, including supplies, catering, facilities and vendors.
Support internal meetings, town halls and employee events.
Liaise with building management, couriers and service providers.
Assist with invoice processing, expenses and basic budget tracking.
HR Support
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager across the employee lifecycle.
Assist with recruitment coordination, interviews, onboarding and inductions.
Support HR systems, reporting and documentation, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Help deliver people initiatives across culture, engagement, wellbeing and belonging.
Assist with compliance, record‑keeping and general HR queries.
About You
You’re organised, approachable and take pride in creating a great workplace experience.
You’ll bring:
2+ years’ experience in office administration, coordination or HR support.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communication skills and a friendly, service‑oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
High integrity and respect for confidentiality.
Confidence using Microsoft Office tools; HRIS experience (e.g. Workday) is a bonus.
A proactive, can‑do attitude and interest in people and culture.
