RESPONSABILIDADES – CON EL CONSUMIDOR EN EL CENTRO, TU ENFOQUE PRINCIPAL SERÁ
• Como parte del equipo On-Trade, deberás contribuir al cumplimiento de nuestros dos objetivos: EFO y el nuevo modelo.
• Ser responsable de la implementación del Plan Comercial, asegurando la ejecución de los programas acordados con los clientes dentro del Plan Integrado de Actividades del País (IAP), específicos para clientes On-Trade.
• Negociar en los puntos de venta para alcanzar los objetivos de Distribución y Visibilidad.
• Impulsar el uso del Picture of Success y el enfoque de activación de marcas para influir en los consumidores en el punto de compra.
• Identificar oportunidades y guiar el desarrollo y la ejecución de estrategias para maximizar el desempeño de Bacardi en clientes On-Trade dentro de tu región, logrando la creación de valor.
HABILIDADES – LAS HABILIDADES Y EXPERIENCIA NECESARIAS PARA CONSTRUIR TU LEGADO
• Historial comprobable de desempeño en áreas comerciales; se prefiere experiencia en ventas de campo.
• Tenacidad y resiliencia para afrontar necesidades comerciales desafiantes.
• Fuerte orientación a resultados, buscando activamente oportunidades de negocio alineadas con los objetivos de la empresa.
• Conocimiento de MS Office, con énfasis en MS Excel.
• Afinidad demostrable con On-Trade, eventos y/o promociones.
• Capacidad sólida para organizar el trabajo de manera independiente y efectiva.
• Sólidas habilidades de negociación.
• Buen comunicador/a y escucha activa.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
• Inglés conversacional requerido.
