Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and leaders of the Italian Organization, providing timely coaching and guidance while ensuring smooth coordination with the shared service center and benefits vendors. You will also take ownership of compliance and engagement activities to support the integrity of HR operations and continuous nurturing of our culture.
ABOUT YOU
You are a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional with 7+ years of experience supporting managers and Primos through coaching and HR guidance.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong interpersonal skills, and can effectively collaborate with shared service centers and external vendors.
Your solid understanding of HR policies, payroll processes, and compliance requirements, including SOX audits, enables you to contribute confidently to the team’s success.
RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Act as a trusted point of contact for line & business managers, providing day-to-day HR support, coaching, and guidance on Primo matters including performance, development, employee relations, and team effectiveness at all stages of the employee experience cycle.
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and HR plans.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and comply with relevant employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Embed new processes and ensure high quality service delivery in operations and administration
- Collaborate and engage with the wider HR and business community to provide a responsive, consistent and forward-thinking HR service
- Provide accurate and timely monthly payroll input to the Shared Service Center (BES)
- Support talent & succession review cycles, providing tools, communication, and guidance to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Support the identification of training needs and coordinate to implement development initiatives for Primos and teams connected to business priorities and targets.
- Ensure fair compensation packages to ensure internal equity and external relevance.
- Assist in the delivery of organizational change programs by supporting communication, transition activities, and manager readiness.
- Drive Primo engagement activities, team-building initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building efforts across the organization to energize, excite and engage employees.
- Take charge of audits related to HR processes, coordinating audit activities, gathering documentation, addressing audit queries, and ensuring controls are in place and effective.
- Act as the primary contact for external benefits vendors, managing relationships, supporting Primos with benefit queries, and ensuring smooth delivery of services.
- Ensure an HR function which delivers best in class service to employees
- Oversee resourcing plan and strategy, driving diversity and inclusion in all talent activities
- Manage and deliver best in class inductions and onboarding activities across the team
- Support in recruitment processes in partnership with BES and the Line Manager
- Preparing legal documents such as hiring letters, and changes of contracts. Tracking of probation, temporary staff dates, and managing sickness, maternity leave, holidays, time & attendance, among others
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date and accurate
- Promote and embed Bacardi values in all aspects of the People agenda
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
- +7 years of experience working on HR related field position and ideally in a multinational environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; HR certifications a plus.
- Strong influencing and communications skills to effectively partner with managers and Primos at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong analytical abilities to interpret and summarize HR data.
- Sound business judgment, analytical skills, independent decision-making, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Native Italian, Fluent in English
