The LAC Revenue Growth Management Sr. Manager plays a critical role in shaping the commercial strategy of the region, driving sustainable value creation through best-in-class RGM capabilities.
This role goes beyond analytics. It is a strategic leadership position responsible for defining and embedding the RGM agenda across LAC, influencing key commercial decisions, and ensuring alignment between global frameworks and local market execution.
While highly strategic in nature, the role also requires a hands-on approach to support markets, challenge assumptions, and ensure effective execution of RGM initiatives, particularly in key markets such as Mexico.
Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial and Marketing, this role translates data and insights into clear strategic direction and tangible business impact.
Success in this role requires the ability to operate in a complex, matrix organization, balancing regional standardization with local market dynamics, and influencing without direct authority.
RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Key objectives:
Define and lead the RGM strategy across LAC, with a strong focus on Mexico as a key “Must Win Market”, setting a clear multi-year roadmap to drive Net Revenue, Gross Profit and GP per Case growth
Act as the regional RGM lead, bridging global frameworks with local market execution, ensuring consistency while enabling flexibility across diverse market dynamics
Influence senior stakeholders to embed value driven decision making in pricing, promotions and portfolio strategy, actively supporting key business decisions when needed
Drive step-change improvements across key RGM Pillars, including Price to Consumer, Price Pack Architecture, Promotional Effectiveness (ROI) and Mix Optimization, working closely with markets to translate strategy into execution and ensure delivery of tangible results
Own and lead RGM governance frameworks, ensuring discipline, transparency and accountability across markets
Lead the evolution of Price-to-Trade and commercial investment strategies, improving visibility, optimisation and return on trade spend, actively working with markets on key decisions and trade-offs to ensure effective commercial outcomes
Embed RGM into the annual planning cycle, ensuring clear alignment between strategy, execution and financial outcomes, and holding markets accountable for delivery
Own net price integrity, ensuring accurate tracking, consistent application and disciplined execution of pricing across systems, processes and reporting
Drive regional standardisation and scalability, building and embedding frameworks and ensuring consistent adoption and execution across markets
Develop talent and capability
Drive the development and scaling of RGM capabilities across the region, with a strong focus on Mexico, enabling markets with the tools, frameworks and expertise required to deliver sustainable value creation
Partner closely with Commercial teams to embed RGM capabilities into ways of working and ensure consistent application in day to day decision making
Identify, adapt and implement best practices across markets, accelerating capability building and driving performance consistency across the region
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial Science or related field
10+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Pricing or Strategy roles
Experience in multinational, matrix organizations with regional or multi-market exposure (LAC preferred)
Proven track record of driving business impact through RGM or commercial initiatives
Technical Capabilities
Strong understanding of: Pricing strategy, Elasticities, Trade investment / GTN, Portfolio & mix optimization
Hands-on experience with: Advanced analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar), Scenario modelling and forecasting
Familiarity with syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, ISCAM, IWSR or equivalent)
Leadership & Soft Skills
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Ability to translate insights into clear business actions
Strong communication skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across functions
Languages
English: Advanced (mandatory), with the ability to communicate effectively in a business and senior stakeholder environment
