The Rebates Analyst reports directly to the Order to Cash (OTC) Rebates Team Lead in support of its mission to expand the BES Order to Cash (OTC) footprint using shared services to reduce costs, maintain or increase customer service, and build new capabilities. Compromised to deliver best in class services for the OTC processes in accordance with negotiated Service Level Agreements.

 Key responsibility areas are:

• Rebates Management: Support all activities associated with rebates processing which includes creation, maintenance and closure and perform periodic status reports.

• Support all back-office activities for rebates processing including management of rebates agreements and accrual adjustments. 

• Meet and exceed customer service, Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key performance indicator targets. 

• Identify opportunities within his process to enrich the quality and service of his daily activities.

• Support Sr. Analysts in all rebates management activities.

• The role will also support other areas within order to cash including but not limited to cash applications, collections, credit & risk and master data as necessary.

Bacardi Enterprise Service is looking for high performing individuals who are success driven and interested in a career at Bacardi. This role will be responsible for executing rebate management support, provide periodic reports, submit credit notes, and attend customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have experience in OTC. Should have attention to details, analytical skills and should be action driven to succeed in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

• Meet, or exceed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

• Works cooperatively with the organization and is committed to the overall team objectives.

• Understand the Rebates process.

• Accounts Payable Management (payment status, open items follow up, ap transfer, clearings, rebates modifications).

• Use and knowledge of agreements management tools: Anaplan, Amalia and Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP).

• Support the Jr Analysts on the creation and modification of Rebate Agreements as per local market request.

• SysAid ticket assignment & resolution upon deadline and agreed Service Level Agreements.

• Create and maintain the process mapping and documentation of the activities assign to the Rebates Analyst role.

• Support the internal and external audit requests.

• Perform periodic rebates status reports and controls.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook).

• Analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle and understand the complexities and specifics of markets.

• Comfortable working on multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities within a collaborative environment.

• Detail oriented with the ability to capture information in a clear, concise manner.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal). Additional languages are preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or studies in progress in a related field is preferred. 

• Experience using Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) and SysAid platform is preferred.
